Over two Saturday mornings in May, we'll help you clean out & swap out your pantry, fridge, and freezer so you clear clutter & barriers, and have healthy and fresh foods at your fingertips. You’ll finally be able to clear out those foods that you know aren’t supporting your health goals and replace them with foods that give you energy and help you feel great all day long. And you won’t have to do it alone, you’ll get our shared intentional living and culinary nutrition guidance every step of the way.

The full program also includes pre- and post- sessions for goal setting and trouble-shooting, plus so much more.
